Dr. Rachel Faleide, DNP, FNP-C
Owner & Founder
A native of Munich, ND, Dr. Faleide is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic settings. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Maryville University St. Louis, Mo. She completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at the University of North Dakota.
Dr. Faleide’s diverse clinical background includes working in family practice, women’s health, and emergency medicine in both rural and urban settings. She received her Certificate of Advanced Educated in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) where she continues to be a professional member. She continues to participate in mentorship programs and is working toward becoming a Fellow at the OMA.
Dr. Faleide is a strong advocate for women’s healthcare rights and believes in giving the best care to her patients across their lifespan. She is passionate about caring for women in menopause & perimenopause and believes their symptoms need to be taken seriously and treated with cost effective, science-based approaches- Not Tik Tok Reels or Gimmicks. She has received additional training through The Menopause Society and The American Medical Women’s Association where continues professional memberships at these organizations.
She also provides IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals, joint injections, cryotherapy, and lesion removals. She is also a Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for both pediatric and adult patients.
Committed to education and professional development, she has held roles as a Clinical Practice Professor at the University of Mary, mentoring and precepting doctoral nursing students. She holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
Dr. Faleide is licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Arizona with prescriptive authority. She is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Menopause Society, The American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care continues to guide her clinical practice, particularly in women’s health and obesity medicine
Dr. Faleide resides in rural Cass County with her family. She practices what she preaches by maintaining an active lifestyle with her kids and husband, Nathan. She enjoys weightlifting and HIIT classes, hiking, playing volleyball and pickleball. She also is an avid audiobook listener, gardener, golfer, and jig-saw puzzle enthusiast.
