Our Mission

My goal in designing this clinic was to thoughtfully combine two of my favorite areas of medicine: obesity medicine and women’s health, with a strong emphasis on menopause hormone therapy. I am deeply passionate about caring for women through perimenopause and menopause and ensuring they receive evidence-based, individualized hormone care that truly addresses their symptoms.

We strive to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to all genders without unnecessary barriers or excessive cost. I want my patients to feel heard, respected, and accepted—not like just another number in a system.

Our mission is to be the leading weight management clinic in North Dakota by prioritizing accurate, evidence-based medicine and rejecting gimmicks or one-size-fits-all approaches. We intentionally design our services to be accessible to patients across the state, offering flexible, personalized appointments that fit real lives.

Most importantly, we celebrate progress in all its forms—free from the constraints of corporate medicine—so patients can focus on sustainable health, not arbitrary rules or checkboxes.

Empowering lives through personalized care, our mission is to combat obesity as a chronic disease. We are dedicated to reducing weight bias, enhancing quality of life, and offering optimal care. By fostering awareness and educating both patients and the public, we aim to reshape perceptions surrounding obesity. Our commitment lies in evidence-based practice, crafting treatment plans for disease prevention and health promotion, transforming how society views and addresses this pervasive health challenge.

We believe healthcare is a fundamental right, no matter who you are! We want you to know that this is a safe space for all to come and seek care and we are LBGTQ friendly!
