Our dietitian services are rooted in an intuitive eating approach that prioritizes your relationship with food—not just what’s on your plate. Rather than rigid meal plans or restrictive rules, we focus on helping patients build sustainable eating habits, recognize internal hunger and fullness cues, and move away from guilt or fear around food. This approach supports long-term health, metabolic stability, and overall well-being while respecting individual preferences, medical needs, and lived experiences.

  • At your first visit you and our Registered Dietitian, Elise Smith, will spend time discussing your diet history. This first session is to get to know YOU. She will obtain and review your body composition analysis with you and discuss your goals. Prior to your appointment, you will complete our precise intake form process so that we can use your time wisely.

  • Yes! We accept most major insurances. Prior to your appointment, we will call to verify your insurance benefits with you so that there are no unexpected cost surprises.

  • We do not create meal plans, but can provide recommendations for energy and macronutrient needs based on your body composition analysis and teach meal planning strategies as part of our regular dietary counseling. We believe meal planning can be a helpful tool in creating sustainable dietary changes. Instead of providing a generic meal plan, we focus on teaching YOU how to meal plan according to your individual schedule, needs, and taste preferences.

  • Yes, we do! We prefer that all initial patients be seen in the office for their initial consultation. Follow up appointments may be done using virtual appointments.
